The Florencia is a new high-rise residential tower in the heart of St. Petersburg's downtown. The Florencia is the pre-eminent residential address on St. Petersburg's picturesque waterfront and provides location, view, and convenience to the fifty households who reside there. The Florencia is located at 100 Beach Drive NE, one block west of the St. Petersburg waterfront, and one block north of Central Avenue.
Driving to the Florencia from the South
To reach the Florencia from the south (Sarasota and points beyond), travel north on I-275 across the Sunshine Skyway bridge. Take the I-175 exit toward downtown St. Petersburg and turn left onto First Street. Proceed to First Ave South. Turn right for one short block. Turn left on Beach Drive. Pass the stop sign at Central Avenue. The Florencia is on the left in the next block at 100 Beach Drive NE. Parking is available on Beach Drive, or in the city garage immediately west of the Florencia accessible from Second Street.
Driving to the Florencia from the North
To reach the Florencia from the north (Tampa, Tampa Airport) travel south on I-275 across Tampa Bay to I-375. Exit on I-375 toward the central city of St. Petersburg. Follow the I-375 connector until it becomes a city street and dead-ends into Beach Drive. Turn right and follow Beach to 100 Beach Drive North. The Florencia will be on the right between Second Ave. N and First Ave N. Parking is available on Beach Drive, or in the city garage immediately west of the Florencia accessible from Second Street.
